Weights training has become a popular method of improving fitness, with personnel pushing themselves to their limits in order to be the fitest they can be to serve. This picture captures Cpl Kyle Gorman during one of his regular training sessions.

Sgt Bullas is an amateur photographer currently based at RAF Leeming. She joined the RAF in 2011 initially as an Air Traffic Controller before deciding to re-muster to Photography. She is currently awaiting a start date for the Photography School (DSOP).
