LEE 322 Coningsby Typhoon visit to RAF Leeming
A group of four RAF Typhoosn from RAF Coningsby (Sqn?) visited RAF Leeming to visit 100Sqn Hawks, before departing north on exercise. One of the roles of the RAF Typhoon aircraft is to protect our national airspace by securing our skies. To do this they maintain a constant Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) force 24/7. The RAF's Typhoons are also providing support to NATO by carrying out the Baltic Air Policing role.

Sgt Bullas is an amateur photographer currently based at RAF Leeming. She joined the RAF in 2011 initially as an Air Traffic Controller before deciding to re-muster to Photography. She is currently awaiting a start date for the Photography School (DSOP).
